Dear RSAWEB Customer,

RSAWEB will be conducting proactive electrical maintenance to optimise the resilience of the backup power system in the RSAWEB data centre.

 
Maintenance Schedule:
Date: May 18, 2024
Time: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Impact: No service impact expected for dual-corded customer equipment plugged into both A and B power feeds.

Intermittent electricity supply to the A-power feed input for electronic equipment in the RSAWEB data centre for the duration of the maintenance. All single-corded devices, and dual-corded devices with both cables, connected to only A-feed will be affected.

 
Co-location customers are encouraged to verify that their equipment is dual-corded and plugged into A + B-feeds, or alternatively plugged into the B-power feed, before 18 May 2024, to ensure the continued uptime of their equipment during the maintenance. To log a DC access request to inspect your co-located equipment, kindly complete the DC access request form or contact our SOC support team at soc@rsaweb.net.
